The next thing that I recommend is to do pull-ups. These should be done when you are at the gym. Do them when you can already lift weights because you will build a lot more muscle when you are lifting heavy weights.

The last thing I want to tell you about pull-ups is that they are also very effective when it comes to building bodyguard stamina. When I say stamina, I do not mean that you will be able to do pull-ups for an hour without stopping. But, it should increase your stamina enough to be able to hold your own in a situation for two to three hours.
