Paragard Suit Complaint Against Well Kept Company

Paragard lawsuit claims that the device was sold misbranded or with faulty components and did not provide the customer with proper instructions on how to use the product to avoid health complications. It claims that the manufacturer failed to warn consumers about the complications that could arise from the device, and that it was not properly inspected prior to distribution. The complaint further claims that since the failure of proper inspections, thousands of women have suffered injuries, and many of them are suffering now. These women are seeking damages for pain and suffering, loss of work, missed work time, past and future medical expenses, past and future loss of earning capacity, future loss of ability to earn income, past and future pain and suffering, and emotional distress.
