Vacuum Cleaner Characteristics

A vacuum cleaner, also called a vacuum Hoover or a vacuum cleaner, is a device which generates suction to remove loose debris from couches, tables, drapery, floor, and similar surfaces. It is usually electronically powered. It can be used both inside and outside the home.

There are two major types of modern-day vacuum cleaners, namely the bagless and the cyclonic separation. Bagless is referred to as the type in which the dirt collected in the container is extracted manually using rollers or brushes attached to the vacuum cleaner hose; this type is cheaper but not as effective as the second type. The cyclonic separation is a better design that removes the loose particles from the air without requiring a filter change or mechanical grinding. The second type, a dust/dust/mildew filter vacuum cleaner, cleans the home and removes harmful airborne contaminants from the air. Dust/dust/mildew filters also require manual cleaning.

A quality vacuum cleaner will give you excellent cleaning results at a very low cost. Budget should be your first consideration when buying a new one. Next, consider the power of the Hoover. For small-scale cleaning of the house and a few rooms, a moderate model will do; for bigger cleaning needs, you might want to consider the larger the Hoover the better. You should also take into account the size of the space in which you intend to use the machine and the amount of traffic that will come through the room.
